P3 expands logistics footprint with P3 Persan
P3 Logistic Parks, a prominent investor, manager, and developer of logistics real estate assets, has commenced construction on a new 44,000 m² Class A logistics platform, 'P3 Persan,' in Persan, Val-d'Oise.
This development follows the acquisition of a 12-hectare plot, marking a significant expansion of P3’s portfolio in an attractive logistics zone. The groundwork for this ambitious project is already underway, promising a state-of-the-art facility for future tenants.
Strategic location for optimal operations
The P3 Persan platform boasts a highly strategic location, crucial for businesses seeking efficient supply chain management. Situated just 35 km from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and 20 km from the vital Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône - Cergy - Éragny logistics cluster, it offers excellent connectivity.
Direct access to the A1 motorway and international road networks ensures seamless transportation of goods, making it an ideal choice for national and international distribution.
Flexible design to meet diverse needs
Designed with flexibility in mind, the 44,000 m² platform can be divided into three distinct cells: one spanning 19,000 m² and two each measuring 12,400 m². Each cell will feature dedicated office spaces and charging facilities, providing comprehensive solutions for various operational requirements.
Additionally, a specialized 2,000 m² cell will be available for the storage of dangerous goods, catering to businesses with specific safety and regulatory needs. This adaptable layout makes P3 Persan suitable for a wide range of industries.
Commitment to sustainability and quality
P3 is committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable logistics solutions. The P3 Persan project, acquired from Linkcity and Semavo, aims for a BREEAM 'Excellent' certification, reflecting its focus on environmental performance and energy efficiency.
Bouygues Construction is overseeing the construction, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. This emphasis on sustainability and robust construction ensures a modern, future-proof facility for tenants.
Anticipated delivery and P3's expertise in French logistics
The delivery of the P3 Persan logistics platform is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. This development aligns with P3’s broader strategy of investing in and developing assets within key logistics hubs. In France, P3 currently manages a robust portfolio of 18 assets, totaling 633,000 m², maintaining an impressive occupancy rate of nearly 97%.
This new project further solidifies P3’s position as a leading provider of logistics real estate in the region, offering businesses access to prime, well-managed spaces.
